Oh super…

This is just what we need, more Why-San-Francisco-is-not-as-good-as-New-York windiness. Is it possible for one’s city ego to be so large that they A) must continually remind everyone of how great they are while B) being so insecure that they must pick a fight other cities whom they’ve already claimed ad nauseum to be better than?

Newsflash: No one in San Francisco cares (link via megnut).

  1. I care! Oh, yes. I care. That’s why I’m inviting any and all New Yorkers with a bone to pick to come to San Francisco and bite my ass.

  3. I know it flies in the face of mass perception, but I prefer San Francisco. Sure I like both cities, but there’s something about San Francisco that is so much more interesting than NYC.

  5. I guess I’m just stuck on this perception that there is some sort of rivalry. If there is, it’s the first I’ve heard of it.

  7. I think some folks from both towns tend to be a little annoying about how extra special their town is. This said based on living in NYC for a few years and having good friends in San Francisco. I love both places, but what folks from both don’t realize is that DCs where it’s at 😉
