I’m ready to duck, ready to dive:
Central Booking was featured this week at SFSTATION.COM, an city guide alternative to the mostly useless Citysearch. The author Tamar Love runs the Literary Arts section and is both a talent and super person, should you find yourself in need of an editor.

Congratulations, three cheers for you! That site looks phat. As far as I know, there’s nothing like that in Chicago. But a local poetry site keeps the “Kulturbremse Terminkalender”, an events list for Chicago full of stuff Citysearch or Metromix would bury deep in their databases. It’s at http://www.fengi.com/calendar.htm

Ditto on the “congrats.”
I have a little project in mind for a site like that for Boston. The domain is currently gathering dust. Maybe there’s a new acronym: YALOLP. (yet another labor of love project)
Thanks for sharing the SF site’s URL. It’s a great source for ideas and inspiration.
