Reminds me of my experience with a charming panhandler in your fair city on my honeymoon in 2002. When I greeted his aggressive request for money with a genuine “I’m sorry,” he replied with, “Well you can suck my dick.” As I said to my new wife, “Oh wait, I’ve changed my mind! I would LOVE to give this man my money now…”
